Bell Pepper is a fruit commodity with a sweet taste with a slightly spicy taste. The peppers we use are peppers produced directly by farmers in the Bedugul area, Bali and Pancasari, Bali which is a highland area and this is very influential in the cultivation of peppers with high quality.



The peppers produced by these farmers have 3 color variants (green, yellow, red). The color variants are created from different planting masses. The peppers produced from our partner farmers are peppers with high quality values ​​that can be seen from the appropriate water content indicators so that the peppers are not soft when squeezed, the level of product defects is minimal, the product durability is relatively longer than peppers in general, and of course the process production that is already organic by using fertilizers from animal manure and green houses as an antidote to pests.



 



Peppers produced by farmers also undergo a sorting process before reaching the hands of consumers. The sorting process will select peppers based on the size and level of physical disability of the product by dividing the categories from the highest to the lowest, namely class A, class B, and class C. After the sorting process, the peppers will be packaged in safe packaging for paprika, generally using a box made of plastic, wood or carton depending on the delivery period.
