Toraja is renowned for its delightful Arabica coffee. Due to the high demand, many traders source coffee from outside Toraja and label it as Toraja coffee. Our Arabica Toraja coffees are originally hand-picked from growers spread around Mt. Toraja, such as Pulu-pulu, Awan, Gandasil, etc. We collaborate with a processor unit in Pulu-pulu, which is ready to process 18-40 tons per year for Toraja coffee.
