Coconut water from PT Bimala Amica Jayatama is produced from freshly collected coconut water, which is chilled, pasteurized, and sterilized using UHT technology to retain its natural freshness, flavor, and aroma. ​ It is consistently produced and handled under conditions meeting Codex General Principles of Food Hygiene, EU & FDA Good Manufacturing Practices, and complies with all current national and international food legislations and applicable regulatory codes. ​



Characteristics:



Physical: Slightly cloudy to turbid, with a fresh coconut water taste and aroma. ​ Specific gravity is 1.010 - 1.020 at 25°C, and turbidity is a maximum of 45 NTU.



Chemical: Dry matter content is 3.7 - 6.0%, pH is a minimum of 5.2, Brix level is 3.6 - 4.2, and acidity (as citric acid) is 0.03 - 0.050%.



Heavy Metal: Contains a maximum of 0.1 mg/kg of lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), and arsenic (As), and 0.03 mg/kg of mercury (Hg). ​



Microbiological: Commercially sterile with negative results for yeast, mold, coliform, E. coli, salmonella, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, mesophilic APC, Clostridium perfringens, and a total plate count of less than 10 cfu/ml. ​



Shelf Life:



Up to 12 months under ambient storage conditions (25°C - 30°C) without refrigeration, but will turn yellowish in 3 months. ​



Refrigeration (6-10°C) is recommended once the pack is opened, and it should be consumed within 3 days. ​



Storage:



Store in a cool, dry area with a maximum temperature of 30°C and 90% relative humidity. ​



Keep away from sunlight and odorous products. ​

Available in various packaging options, including Tetra Brik Aseptic and aseptic bags of different sizes. ​
