Desiccated coconut (DC) is the result of processing coconut that is mashed by chopping or grating it without adding other ingredients and then drying it hygienically.



Selection of raw materials is very important for us to do, because, in the processing of desiccated coconut, the quality of the raw materials used determines the quality of the final product that will be produced. The coconut raw material requirements that we use are coconut within 10 months, of fruitage fresh and not broken.



Desiccated coconut is white, has a distinct coconut taste, and is sweet, which has been widely used in the candy industry as an aroma enhancer in the manufacture of chocolate bars or as a filler for nut-based products, the cake processing industry (bakery), the ice cream industry (frozen). food) and household consumption (ready to cook mix).



To ensure the quality of our desiccated coconut products, our quality control starts with the preparation of raw materials, processing, packaging, and product storage. For the packaging material for desiccated coconut, we use double laminated aluminum/polyethylene, in ideal conditions of storage space with humidity (RH) 33%.
