Palm sugar is a sweetener made from bunches of male palm sugar sap. Palm sugar is usually also associated with all types of sugar made from sap, which is the liquid that is released from the flowers of the palm family tree, such as coconut, palm, and sugar palm.



Palm sugar has the sweetest taste compared to other similar sugars, this sugar also has a distinctive aroma and is quite strong.
