1. MSG MACKEREL FISH PEMPEK



    Trademarks  : Pempek “HONEY” MSG



    Ingredients  : MACKEREL FISH (48.8%), Tapioca Flour, Salt, Water, Chicken Broth Flavored Seasoning (contains flavor enhancers (Mononatrium L – Gultamat, Dinatrium Inosinat, and Guanilat), natural colorant Curcumin CI, No.75300). Contain Alergen, see ingredients list in bold.



    Cuko  : Brown sugar, Water, Sugar, Green Chili, Red Chili, Garlic, Salt, Acetic Acid.



    Cooking Instructions  : Take it out from the freezer and cut vacuum packaging, Bil in boiling water +/- 100 Celcius (10 minutes), Fry yhe pempek “fish cake” in hot cooking oil +/- 150 derajad celcius (1 minute), Pempek (fish cake) ready to served with cuko (sauce).



    Cooking with Microwave  : Take it out from the freezer and place at room temperature, Prepare a heat-resistant plate (Microwavecable), Input into the Microwave and cook for +/- 5 minute, Ready to be served with cuko (sauce).

    Trademarks  : Premiun Pempek, Pempek “HONEY” NON MSG



    Ingredients  : MACKEREL FISH (45.1%), Tapioca Flour, Salt, Water, WHITE EGG, Palm Cooking Oil (contains antioxidants ascorbyl palmiate and tocopherols), Mushroom Extract Powder. Contain Alergen, see ingredients list in bold.



    Cuko  : Brown sugar, Water, Sugar, Green Chili, Red Chili, Garlic, Salt, Acetic Acid.



    Serving Direction With Frying  : Take out pempek from freezer, hold on until soft and cut a vacuum seal, Fried pempek in hot cooking oil +/- 150 derajad celcius (1 minute), pempek is ready to be served with cuko.



     Serving Direction With Microwave : Take out pempek from freezer, hold on until soft and cut a vacuum seal, Place pempek on a heat resistant plate, Put it in the Microwave, cook for +/- 5 minutes, pempek is ready to be served with cuko.



    Can also be served by boiling, without frying.
