At Svarga Agro Indonesia, we provide 2 types of coconut milk: Canned Coconut Milk and UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) Coconut Milk.



The main difference between Canned Coconut Milk and UHT Coconut Milk is in the production process. The texture of the two products also varies. UHT Coconut Milk has a thinner consistency compared to Canned Coconut Milk, which often has a thicker and creamier texture. It may come down to personal preference and intended use whether to choose Canned Coconut Milk or UHT Coconut Milk. While UHT Coconut Milk is more frequently used as a dairy milk substitute in drinks and smoothies, Canned Coconut Milk is still frequently used in cooking and baking.
