We are pleased to present you an exclusive Indonesian product - Binchotan charcoal (white charcoal), made by hand using Japanese technology. Binchotan is a type of charcoal made from a very dense holm Tamarind growing on the hills of East Java, near the Mountain, in warm climatic conditions, It is in special demand in Japan, South Korea, China ...

The high quality of Binchotan is achieved through a special combustion technology - pyrolysis, i.e. by firing in a sealed furnace to the state of carbonization (charring), first at a low temperature - up to 700 ° C, without oxygen, for a long period of up to six days, and then before excavation at a high temperature, more than 1200°C.

The extracted, red-hot coal is cooled by covering it with a mixture of sand and ash (which gives the coal its distinctive white appearance), after which the coal lies dormant for another week. The result is an extremely dense coal with a carbon content of 95% - 98%.

Made from 100% Natural wood
