Edamame is a kind of Japanese soybeans which harvested in immature pods, before they are fully ripe. Edamame often served in Japanese restaurant as appetizer or snack. Edamame are naturally gluten free, low calories, no cholesterol, provide complete protein and isoflavores.



Serving tips :



Boiling for 5-10 minutes or steam for 10 minutes then served with without salt.



Boiling for 5-10 minutes in 4% salt water, served without salt.



Natural thawing / defrost (for frozen Edamame) as Edamame is ready to eat.
