Crispy fried shallots are an essential condiment in many Southeast Asian Countries. They turn up in soups and on salads, sprinkled onto dumplings as a garnish, and minced and added to meatballs. Crispy, sweet, and salty, they are indispensible.



Color: Crispy Deep Golden Brown color to a Darker Brown Reddish color.  



Taste: Crunchy with a sweet, salty, savory taste, with a hint of heat for the spicy version.

Composition: Shallots, salt, flour, chili flakes (spicy variant), and vegetable oil.  



Storing Conditions: Fried shallots can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 months. Fried-shallot can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 month.



Shelf life: 2 - 3 months after the date of production under storage conditions in accordance with the recommended storage. Can be stored for up to 5 - 6 months in the refrigerator.
