The manufacturing procedure for VCO (Coconut Oil) Sr12 Skin Care, which is entirely natural and has numerous health advantages for the body and skin, involves heating.



Use of VCO on the body, hair, and face:



– To substitute for night cream. Although it feels oily, the skin will quickly absorb it.

- Smooths out creases. VCO used at night will smooth out wrinkles.

- Lighten under-eye circles. Use on under-eye circles.

- Combating acne. Because VCO includes anti-microbials, apply it to acne.

-Remove your makeup. Apply VCO to the face using a cotton swab, then rinse with warm water.

- Applying it to the lips can give them a healthy sheen.

- To make a face mask, mix VCO with coffee, chocolate, lemon, and honey for normal to dry skin. After some time, rinse it with warm water.

- Repair damaged hair by applying after shampooing and rinsing (author's note: you can also apply sparingly, leave on over night, and wash the following morning).

- To make hair shine, apply VCO in the bathroom, let it sit for five minutes, and then shampoo it.

- To get rid of dandruff, apply half a cup of VCO to the hair and let it sit for at least five minutes before shampooing.

- Getting rid of head lice. After washing the hair with a solution of apple cider vinegar and water (between 1 tablespoon and 1 cup), comb it, and then let it air dry. After drying, incorporate in the VCO, let it sit for 12–24 hours, then comb it once more before shampooing.

- To make the skin soft and hydrated, apply to cracked skin first, then all over the body. Apply coconut oil both before and after household chores to soothe skin that has been exposed to things like dishwashing and laundry.

Apply to the heels and feet for cracked feet, wear socks, and let sit overnight.

- Treat burnt skin by applying to it, then repeating as necessary.



Using VCO

For diet: three times at one spoonful before a meal.

In order to treat: 3x1 @1 tablespoon

3x1 @2sdm for large pregnant women

3x1 @3sdm for the treatment of severe illnesses

3x1 @1sdm after meals for nursing mothers
