Arabica Gayo Winey is a unique specialty coffee from the Gayo Highlands of Aceh, Indonesia. Grown at 1,300–1,600 masl, this coffee is processed using a special natural fermentation (wine process) method. The beans are fermented with extended drying to enhance fruity notes and a wine-like profile, making it one of the most exotic and premium Indonesian coffees in the specialty market.
