Mandheling coffee is one of Indonesia’s most renowned Arabica varieties, grown in the highlands of North Sumatra at 1,000–1,500 meters above sea level. Cultivated in volcanic soil and processed with the traditional wet-hulled method (Giling Basah), Mandheling coffee is known for its full body, low acidity, and complex earthy flavors. It is highly sought after for specialty blends and premium single-origin offerings.
