Typically split into two halves, copra is the dried meat of a mature coconut from which coconut oil is extracted for a wide range of applications. 



We carefully handpick fully mature coconuts at its finest to produce the best quality copra and carry out both sun and oven drying to keep the moisture content to a minimum. Our copra is available in edible, regular and mixed grades.

Ingredient: Fully dried matured copra

Color: Dark brown (outside), pure white (inside)

Characteristics: Smaller size, thicker meat

Grade: Edible for consumption

Humidity: ≤ 6.0%

Oil Content: 60 - 75%

Smoke Rate: ≤ 1%

Combustion Rate: Nil

Strength: Nil



REGULAR (WHITE COPRA)

Ingredients:
Fully dried matured copra

Color: Dark brown (outside), white (inside)

Characteristics: Bigger size, thinner meat

Grade: Grade A / high grade for oil milling

Humidity: ≤ 6.0%

Oil Content: 60 - 75%

FFA: < 0.5%

Smoke Rate: ≤ 5%

Combustion Rate: ≤ 2%

Elasticity: ≤ 5%



MIXTURE (SMOKE COPRA)

Ingredients:
High percentage of smoked, burnt and immature copra

Color: Dark brown (outside), brown (inside)

Characteristics: Mixed size and thickness of meat

Grade: Reject from Grade A for oil mill

Humidity: ≤ 7.0%

Oil Content: 60-75%

FFA: < 0.5%

Smoke Level: < 95%

Combustion Rate: < 95%
