Our couverture chocolate products are produced in Bandung using cocoa and local ingredients grown and harvested by farmers from Indonesia. Enjoy the unity of the taste of chocolate is truly the origin of the land of Parahyangan which is fruity, nutty, earthy. Don't forget to visit our factory when you are in Bandung.



Ingredients: Cocoa beans (99%), Cocoa butter (1%). 1.5cm in diameter and 0.5cm thick.



Tempering method: for 1kg simply warm 3/4 kg of chocolate until completely melted (temperature 50°C) then add the remaining 1/4 kg and stir until dissolved. Then let stand 5-10 minutes at room temperature, the chocolate will dry perfectly
