Premium, specialty-grade beans from Aceh Highlands (1,200–1,600 masl). Hand-picked, triple-sorted, screen 18+, ≤2% defects, moisture <11%. Natural (dry-hulled) processed with full sun-dried method for 20–30 days. Expect a clean, full-bodied cup with caramel-fruity sweetness, gentle spice, and mild acidity.
