Daun kopi ini setelah di petik dan di bersihkan kemudian di asap atau di sangari sampai berwarna kecoklatan. Setelah daun kopi berwarna coklat kemudian siap di seduh dengan air panas atau di rebus. Air Kawa daun ketika akan di minum aroma harum dan nikmat waktu meminumnya.
