Cultivated at 1,400–1,700 masl on the volcanic slopes of Mount Kerinci, this Grade 1 Arabica is processed using the honey method, where part of the mucilage is left on the beans during drying. This enhances the natural sweetness and fruity complexity, while strict hand-sorting ensures minimal defects for export-quality consistency. Expert roasting brings out its balanced sweetness and silky body.
