Grown at 1,400–1,700 masl on the volcanic slopes of Mount Kerinci, this Grade 1 Arabica is processed with the honey method. After pulping, part of the mucilage is intentionally left on the beans during drying, allowing natural sugars to enhance sweetness and complexity. Carefully hand-sorted to meet specialty standards, this coffee showcases both the terroir of Kerinci and the skill of local farmers.

Cup Profile (typical):

Flavor: Honey sweetness, red berries, tropical fruit, with subtle floral and cocoa notes

Acidity: Bright yet balanced

Body: Medium to full, smooth and silky

Aftertaste: Clean, sweet, with lingering fruity tones

Grade 1 Arabica Honey Kerinci is prized by roasters for its balanced sweetness, clean cup, and traceable origin, making it an outstanding representation of Indonesia’s specialty coffee.
