We are very happy that finally we can provide you coffee that we proccess by our self with help from Karana Brothers. This coffee is procces with full wash procces with specific fermentation level. The coffee cherry will be fermented for 3 days inside a tank to get higher fermentation that will enhance clementine sweetness in this coffee, after that the coffee cherry will be peeled, then fermented for another 24 hours, then washed. Through this experimental process, Missibu and the Karana Brothers wanted to present the uniqueness of Full Wash Bali Coffee, where you can taste complex flavors such as Soka Flower and Clementine.
