The main ingredient used to make these crackers is shrimp. The shrimp used are usually fresh shrimp or dried shrimp of good quality.[1] Shrimp crushed until smooth and mixed with tapioca flour mixture and other spices. Then steamed and thinly sliced, after that it is dried in the sun to dry. Drying in the sun is usually about 2-3 days. These dry, raw crackers are ready to be fried at any time so that they become ready-to-serve crackers.
