 Tarunira Organic Palmyra Sugar is an organic and plant-based and halal certified wholesome sweetener sourced from the palmyra palm trees  in Bali, Indonesia by optimizing and utilizing villages' natural resources, the abundance of palmyra palm trees while empowering local women and farmers with job opportunities.



This sugar is meticulously developed from the sap of the palmyra palm tree's blossom (Borassus flabellifer lin) to retain its natural nutrients and distinct flavor profile. Tarunira Organic Palmyra Sugar is well known for its the lowest glycemic index among others e.g arenga and coconut sugars (research from Bogor Agricultural University, 2017) as well as providing a particular and unique sweetness to your coffee, tea, baking, and cooking for a great taste experience.
