FORASTERO is the most commonly grown cocoa in Indonesia. Forastero cocoa is mainly used to give chocolate its full-bodied flavor. It’s bitter taste has a short duration and is unsupported by secondary flavors, which is why it is often blended with superior cocoa.



Our bulk cocoa beans are produced in large scale plantation facility and processed by applying FERMENTATION PROCESS, strictly following GAP (Good Agriculture Practice) and (Good Manufacturing Practice) management system to obtain PREMIUM quality product with spesific characteristic, known as “JAVA COCOA”.
