CRIOLLO is a VERY RARE variant of cocoa and becoming less, less and less available. 



Criollo is usually used in luxury chocolate, but rarely alone since it is very scarce and expensive.



Our fine cocoa beans are processed by applying FERMENTATION PROCESS, strictly following GAP (Good Agriculture Practice) and (Good Manufacturing Practice) management system to obtain PREMIUM quality product with spesific characteristic, good aroma, chocolate fragrant and medium body taste.
