Gum Rosin  is a natural resin, Resulted from distillation pine resin types merkusii. It is a good tackifier resin which can be used to formulate various adhesive that will exhibit adhesion properties.



 



APPLICATIONS



 



Hot Melt, Solvent Adhesives, and Water Base Adhesive. Paper sizing, paint, and ink.



 



FEATURES



 



It has excellent solubility in xylene, toluene and other aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbonsolvents. It also has good solubility in esters and ketones.



Good compatibility with EVA copolymer and other synthetic resin.

STORAGE



 



Product should be stored under cover, in a clean well ventilated area with relative humidity below 70% at ambient temperature. Maintain a clean area by removing dust. Keep away from heat, sparks and other sources of ignition. No smoking. The product is prone to slow oxidation and it is recommended that it be used on a first-in first-out basis.
