Palm sugar is a natural sweetener made from palm tree sap. Palm sugar is a liquid that is obtained by tapping the stems and flowers of palm trees, including palm trees. This sap liquid is then cooked for hours and molded until it hardens using traditional tools. such as bamboo and coconut shells, one of the characteristics of palm sugar from Indonesia is that it is wrapped using teak tree leaves and dry banana leaves, a tradition passed down from our ancestors. Maintaining traditional production methods without using machines is believed to maintain the quality of palm sugar in Indonesia be the best quality.
