Coconut fiber or coir is a product which is extracted from the outer shell of the coconut fruit. It is used in a variety of ways worldwide, being especially popular for rope and matting, and there are a number of sources for coir and coir products. 



To produce these Coconut fiber, first Coconut husk are thrown to conveyor to crusher machine to separate fibers from peat and sifter machine to remove coco peat from coco fiber that still remain.



Fibers resulted from the Sifter Machine are spread on drying floor and stirred for several times to remove coco peat remainings. After fibers are dried and tested, the fibers are pushed into the cleaner machine to remove short fibers and coco peat remains. The process of Coco peat removal are done for several times to reduce impurity of coconut fiber.



Then, fibers are pressed by high pressure machine and strap with plastic band.
