"JASMINE" Organic Coconut Palm Sugar is a natural sweetener produced from the nectar of coconut palm blossoms (Coco Nucifera). Once collected, the nectar is boiled and dried into granular form with standard screen (mesh). It is a simple process that doesn't require any refining or processing like many other sweeteners. It its completely organic, produced from sustainably grown trees, and an ideal alternative to cane sugar.



Organic Traditions Coconut Palm Sugar is sustainably grown, minimally processed and unbleached. There are no fillers, flavours, preservatives, chemical inputs or can sugar added. Coconut Palm Sugar is one of nature's most incredible sweeteners with a much lower glycemic index than conventional sugar, cane sugar or agave. Delicious caramel nectar is collected from the flowers of the coconut palm tree, dried and crystallized into fine, sugar-like granules. 



Our all-natural organic coconut sugar is made from hand-tapped golden nectar of coconut palm blossoms, then slow kettle-boiled to distill its essential goodness.
