The Desiccated Coconut Low Fat Fine from PT BIMALA AMICA JAYATAMA is an unsweetened, finely granulated coconut product. ​ It is produced by deshelling, paring, washing, grinding, blanching, drying, sifting, and hygienically packing the meat of fresh coconuts. ​ The product is free from sulfur dioxide (SO2) and meets international food safety and quality standards.



Physical Characteristics:



Appearance & Color: White, free from yellow specs or other discolorations. ​



Flavor/Odor: Mild and sweet characteristic of coconut, free from foreign flavors and odors. ​



Size: Fine granular of coconut. ​



Impurities: Not more than 4 dark specs per 100 grams. ​
