LOW FAT DESICCATED COCONUT

Desiccated coconut / coconut flour Dried shredded coconut is fresh coconut meat or seeds that are grated, dried (maximum moisture content 3%), and unsweetened from ripe coconuts. Dried grated coconut is sorted based on the size of the pieces, for example, finely grated coconut and medium grated coconut, where finely grated coconut has a smaller particle size than medium grated coconut. Dried shredded coconut is produced and handled consistently under conditions that meet the General Principles Food Hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices, and complying with all current national and international food laws and regulations applicable in the importing country. Each package is identified by class, production code/date, and serial number. Other markings are stamped on bags as requested by the buyer.
