Red ginger



is an herbal plant with clump-shaped roots and pink flesh. It contains the main components in the form of:

Terpenoids, consisting of zingiberene, beta-bisabolene, alpha-farnesene, beta-sesquiphellandrene,and alpha-curcumene.



Phenolic antioxidants, consisting of gingerol, paradol, and shogaol.

Including zingerol, capsaicin, cineole, caprylic acid, aspartic, linolenic acid, and gingerdione. It also contains a variety of vitamins, such as vitamins B2, B3, B6, and B9.
