Each bottle contains S-allyl cysteine (SAC) and amino acid (protein)  which provide a naturally umami taste. Black garlic contributes to the umami taste because it contains high levels of glutamic acid (amino acid).



Use : as a seasoning for beef barbeque, tempe barbeque, chicken barbeque etc.



Serving suggestion : Marinate one kilo’s beef with 30 gram of Seasoning for BBQ with black garlic wait for one hour and then grilled. Sprinkle the seasonings again over the grilled meat to give it a rich taste.
