Dry sago starch is tne flour that is also often used in the manufacture of various foods and dishes is sago flour. Flour derived from the trunk of a rumbia tree pith or sago tree



Sago flour has the same characteristics as tapioca flour.  Sago flour has a texture that is soft enough for flour that has been ground. White color is slightly pale, and if held will feel a rough texture and a bit sandy. If cooked, then the texture will thicken like glue. Sago starch is very rich in starch or carbohydrates, non gluten and low Index Glicemic (IG)
