PT Wahana Mutiara Agromedica didirikan di Malang berdasarkan Akta Notaris Mohamad Shodiq, S.H, No. 09 Tanggal 19 Januari 2006 perusahaan memulai kegiatan komersialnya pada bulan Januari 2007. Sesuai Pasal 3 Anggaran dasar perusahaan, kegiatan usaha perusahaan adalah perdagangan supplier dan distributor atau pemasaran hasil pertanian dan perkebunan organik. Perusahaan berkedudukan di Tangerang Selatan, tepatnya di Anggrek Loka Blok B4 No 12 Graha Raya Bintaro Jaya Serpong Utara - Tangerang Selatan pada Bulan Januari Tahun 2007. Selama 8 tahun kiprah bisnisnya, PT. Wahana Mutiara Agromedica tumbuh agresif dengan terus melakukan berbagai langkah terobosan penting yang mengantarkan perusahaan sebagai salah satu supplier penting yang sangat diperhitungkan kompetitornya di bisnis perdagangan bahan pangan organik. Ini melalui satu (1) kantor pusat yang berlokasi di Tangerang Selatan dan banyak Outlet (Customer) yang memasarkan produk pangan organik kami di seluruh Indonesia, PT. Wahana Mutiara Agromedica siap melayani penyediaan bahan pangan organik secara menyeluruh dan memuaskan, termasuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Semua produk yang dipasarkan PT.Wahana Mutiara Agromedica sudah tersertifikasi oleh lembaga sertifikasi organic INOFICE (Indonesia Organic Farming Certification) No. 190/LSO-003-IDN/05/16 sesuai dengan persyaratan system pertanian organic proses produksi beras organic MD telah sesuai dengan persyaratan yang diatur dan telah menerapkan system pertanian organic sesuai dengan SNI 6729:2013. Ruang lingkup sertifikasi dan estimasi produksi, yakni Beras Merah Organic, Beras Hitam Organic, Beras Coklat Organic, dan Beras Putih Organic.
